1. Introduction

Sentarys is an AI-powered app marketing intelligence platform for indie founders. We provide ASO keyword research, GEO / LLM visibility tracking, competitor and review intelligence, an AI metadata and screenshot generator, and an AI assistant to help you grow your apps.

By accessing or using Sentarys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account & Access

Access to Sentarys requires a valid Google account used via OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.

New accounts receive 10 free credits upon signup - no credit card required. Free-tier features including the market feed and keyword explorer remain available without credits.

3. Credits & Billing

• The Pro plan costs $10/month and includes 200 credits per billing period
• Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over
• Free features (market feed, keyword explorer) are always available regardless of credit balance
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• Payments are processed by Stripe; billing disputes must be raised within 30 days

4. Data Accuracy & Disclaimers

Sentarys provides market intelligence and recommendations, not guarantees of results. ASO, GEO, ranking, and growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing on the platform is a guarantee that your app will rank, get downloads, or grow.

• Data is sourced from third parties (the App Store, Google Play, search engines, LLM providers, public communities) and may be incomplete, delayed, or change without notice
• AI-generated metadata, screenshots, briefs, and recommendations are starting points for your own judgement - review before you publish anything to a store
• Store algorithms and LLM answers change frequently; results that worked before may not hold over time
• Sentarys is vendor-agnostic and does not sell, source, or guarantee any specific marketing channel or outcome

5. Intellectual Property

The Sentarys datasets, AI prompts, and platform interface are curated and owned by Sentarys. AI-generated metadata, screenshots, and marketing recommendations are provided for use with your own apps and products.

You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially redistribute Sentarys platform content or datasets without written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified or guaranteed to produce results
• Commercially redistribute or resell any portion of the Sentarys datasets or AI-generated content
• Use automated scraping, bots, or crawlers to extract database content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI research system or circumvent usage limits
• Share your account with others or use the service on behalf of third parties commercially

7. Limitation of Liability

Sentarys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of platform content.

Sentarys and its operators are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the platform, including any business or financial outcomes. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall Sentarys be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sentarys after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
