Eklipse, Powder and StreamLadder Alternatives: Keep Clipping With Sentarys

Choose Sentarys for stream clips that keep the action and the reaction together. You can work from a recording or a supported live channel, review the moments and finish vertical clips in the editor. For creators moving from Powder or evaluating Eklipse and StreamLadder, Sentarys is the better home for gaming highlights and the rest of the channel.

Powder’s official service update

Powder’s official domain redirects to a statement from its team: the app is no longer maintained and active subscriptions are being cancelled. Checked October 11, 2026. Start a new clipping workflow with your original recordings, so you can keep making highlights with material you already have.

Compare the job, then the plan

Eklipse’s official help describes an entry package from $19.99/month with 300 minutes for YouTube videos. Check the selected live-stream workflow separately. The StreamLadder comparison covers its current plan details and billing region. Sentarys Pro costs $10/month; source clipping uses 200 credits per minute with a 1,000-credit minimum, giving 150 source minutes when the whole monthly balance goes to clipping.

Find a moment someone outside the live understands

A good play has a risk, a result and a reaction. Start early enough to show why the move mattered, then let the response land. Conversation highlights need the question or the detail that explains the punchline. A loud alert may interrupt a story; judge whether it belongs in the clip rather than treating volume as the whole selection rule.

Make the clip in Sentarys

1. Bring your recording to the stream clip maker, or use a supported live channel.
2. Pick the gaming or conversation format that fits the source.
3. Watch the chosen moment with the gameplay and facecam visible.
4. Refine the boundaries, correct captions and export for the feed.

Choose a studio for what comes after the stream

The next post might be a recap, a narrated explanation or an edited vlog from an event. Sentarys lets you make those alongside the highlight workflow. Keep a note of which clips people watch and which endings earn comments, then carry that editorial lesson into the next session.

Sentarys Pro is $10/month with 30,000 shared credits. Each workflow shows its estimate before you start. Editing and exports are included; Pro unlocks clean exports. Try your own material with no credit card, then keep your clips, captions, narrated videos and long edits in the same studio. See Sentarys pricing for your plan.
